Payment
Clients must make full payment for the selected package in the specified currency to commence any web design or branding services. Upon confirmation of payment, a receipt will be issued based on the contact information provided.
Supply of Information
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information for project execution. This includes logos, contact information, website content, images, videos, and account access. Delays in providing required information may result in the postponement of project commencement.
Project Revisions and Additional Work
We aim to meet our project deadlines. Clients are entitled to provide feedback during two revision sessions before project completion. Requests for changes after the project’s deadline or deviations from the initially agreed brief will be charged at our hourly rate, depending on the additional work required.
Use of Client Names and Trademarks
Clients grant Amenbiz the right to use their trade names, logos, screenshots of their websites, testimonials, and associated photographs in our marketing materials and on our website to promote our Services.
Billing Policies and Cycles
Billing invoices and payment notifications will be sent via email and SMS. For services with recurring billing cycles, the cycle begins on the day of the first payment (the “Billing Date”) and continues monthly or yearly, depending on the Service plan. Failure to make timely payments will result in service suspension.
Domain Ownership and Transfer
Clients retain ownership of their domain names. Amenbiz Ltd. will facilitate domain transfers except in cases of:
- Evidence of fraud regarding the domain name.
- Disputes over the identity or authority of the person requesting the transfer.
- Expired domain names due to non-payment.
- Domain names within the initial 60-day registration period or within 60 days of a previous transfer.
Termination of Service
Clients may cancel their service at any time by emailing hello@amenbiz.com and following the instructions provided. Upon cancellation, clients are not entitled to a refund of any fees. The client’s website will be taken offline, or the campaign will be terminated. Amenbiz may suspend services if fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms are suspected.
Prohibited Activities
Clients must not use the Service to offer or promote:
- Replicas
- Controlled substances or illegal drugs
- Weapons
- Pirated materials
- Instructions on making illegal goods or weapons
- Information that violates intellectual property rights
- Content that harms people or animals
- Pornography, nudity, or sexual products
- Escort services or other adult-related content
Changes to Services and Pricing
Amenbiz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
